DESCRIPTION:Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of movement meditation that cultivates the life force energy\, called Qi. It is one of the pearls of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is used to treat a broad range of illnesses. When Qi is deficient\, stagnant or blocked and unbalanced we experience dis-ease. Through the practise of Qigong one can work with the Qi and regain flow and balance.\nRenee teaches the Taiji Qigong Shibashi as a core of each lesson\, with time to learn and continue with other forms such as the Longevity Qigong\, Ba Duan Jin\, Liu He Gong and the first 11 movements of the Da Yan Wild Goose Qigong.\nRenee holds a Qigong Teaching Certificate Level 3 under Master Simon Blow. Has completed studying Understanding Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Australian College of Eastern Medicine. And has also recently been accredited by Dr. Paul Lam to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention. She is also a 1st Dan Blackbelt in Shitoryu Karate and Tang Soo Do.\nClasses are $15 casual / 5 Class Pass $60
